In so many years of activity, I have been fortunate enough to encounter realities that are anything but homogeneous. From small provincial workshops to international companies, each time is a challenge that involves a whole process in which, on one hand, you learn a lot and on the other, you try to contribute to the success of a product or a broader project. The most important secret for a good result is hidden in the "know-how," in that knowledge of production processes that comes from having spent years building things with your own hands. Entire seasons between school years spent working and observing in the family carpentry shop were fundamental for what I am able to do today. Creativity for its own sake is not part of me, and fundamentally I consider myself a "workshop man" even though I wear a headset every day. My mentor was named Luca Scacchetti, a man who made craftsmanship the needle of a professional balance that is increasingly distant in time.

EXPERIENCE

As a surveyor, I learned that two parallel lines can never meet. At IED, I realized that those two lines can still have an endless dialogue with each other.

My approach consists of applying a functional and practical method for 98%, leaving the remaining 2% to "creativity".

I probably learned to distinguish the scents of wood before I learned to walk. A few years later, by visiting various companies here and there across Europe, I understood a bit more.

Knowledge has been hidden in books long before the web was invented. You can't turn off a book, and it stays in your mind forever. I hope everything doesn't end up on a server.

I have developed a Method that I follow scrupulously. It is based on basic processes in which there is no room for the ephemeral. The final result must be proven, indisputable, tangible, and lasting.
